Cutting Edge Meat Processors LLC is a USDA licensed meat processing plant located in Lakewood, WA. Started in April 2013 in Tacoma, WA after acquiring the facility from Melody Meats & Seafood Corp. In 2020, Cutting Edge moves its operation in Lakewood, WA in a larger facility. Cutting Edge processes Beef, Pork and Poultry under the brand “Emerald City Meats”. The plant processes and box all customers’ need including diced, sliced and portioned cut proteins.
